How to negotiate the five corners!

LIGHT SEQUENCE:

First Phase: Woodstock Street North traffic has a flashing green light.

Second Phase: Woodstock Street South traffic has a green light.

Third Phase: Hope Street East and West traffic both have a green light.

Walk Phase: All lights are red. Crosswalks are lit. This only occurs when crosswalk button is pressed.
